CONTRACT for use of STUDY MATERIALS:

We would be pleased to have you use the online materials of SLBC.

We will gladly give you permission to do so.

All that we require is that you agree to and adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You must promise to use the material exactly as it is written; i.e., that you will not change it in any way other than to translate it into your own language. You must promise that the translated material will be true to the English material in every way.

2. You must send us electronic copies of all translations you make of our materials so that we can use them online should we decide to do so in the future.

3. You must agree that we will hold the copyright for your translations of our materials. We give you the legal right to use the translated materials also but not to change them without our approval.

And I also agree that I will notify Salt Lake Bible College concerning each individual book to be used or each individual lesson to be used separate from the book, and obtain approval of the wording of the above notice which will be plainly displayed on each individual book or lesson used.

EXCEPTION: If there is already a copyright notice in the book used, then that notice must be left intact and no other notice, such as the ones listed above, need be included in either electronic or physical copies made by the user. However, if a lesson is used by itself without being intact in the book with the existent copyright notice, then one of the notices above must be included in the lesson.
