Monitoring Classes
If you would like to take classes without earning credits
toward a degree you are more than welcome to do so.
Please follow the following procedures.

Sign in procedures for those monitoring.

Testing procedures for those monitoring.

   Please sign in when you first start a course but it is not necessary to sign in again when you finish the course.  This allows us to keep track of how many people are using the site and how many are taking which particular courses.

When taking a test for any of the courses, on the opening page of the test please use "no" for your "User ID" and "credit" for your "User Name."  This lets us know that you are not taking the test for credit and it will be automatically routed to the non-student mail box by our automated system.  This saves us time in our record keeping so that we can utilize that time to better keep up with our students who are taking courses for credit toward a degree.

Also, we would appreciate it if you would please enter your E-mail on the appropriate line on that opening page so that we will be able to contact you should we need to in an emergency or to ask for your assistance or comments on how to better handle students who only want to monitor classes.
