COPIES of TRANSCRIPTS
  Email: Student can receive email transcripts for free.

Hard copy:
Graduate is allowed one (1) free mailed hard-copy of their transcript per year.

Additional hard-copy transcripts can be obtained for $10.00 processing and mailing fee for each copy.
 


   To expedite your request for your transcript, the following information is required.

   Attention: DO NOT use nicknames.  Use only your legal name on all forms submitted to SLBC.
        All academic files and all degrees issued use the name submitted on the student's Application form.
