Students Of Salt Lake Baptist College/Salt Lake Bible
College
- the following change is effective July 1,
2017 -
Notice to all students who applied on or after July 1, 2017:
Due to the growth of SLBC, it has become imperative
that we have more staff to handle
the administrative work for our thousands of
students.
Administrative Fee: To
facilitate this need we have instituted an
Administrative Fee of $15.00/month USD for all
students who apply on or after July 1, 2017. This fee will enable us to obtain more
staff and facilitate the needed expansion of our
facilities to meet the needs of our expanding student
body.
Free College Tuition and study materials and
no charge for graduation: All
of these will still be at no charge. Tuition
will still be free and all study materials will still
be available online at no charge to the students.
Graduation and issuance of degrees will also
remain free. In essence, the college will still
be free. The Administrative Fee is only assessed
to facilitate record-keeping for those students
pursuing a degree.
Waiver will be available: For
those students who cannot afford this fee, a Waiver
Form will be available. We do not want anyone to drop out of
the student body because of finances. If a
student cannot afford the Administrative Fee they
will be given an
exemption. Our aim is to make sure everyone has
an opportunity to gain an education in the Word of
God. If you cannot afford the fee, please,
submit a Waiver form. However, if you can pay
the fee without it being a financial burden, please do
so in order to facilitate the administrative work for
all students, both for those who can afford to pay the
small fee and those who cannot. We ask that all
students, whether they are subject to this fee or
not, pray about it and then make their decision.
Date of change: This fee will go
into effect July 1, 2017.
Required:
1. The Administrative Fee is required
for all students pursuing a degree who
submitted their Application on or after July 1, 2017.
2. It is the student's responsibility to keep
this fee up-to-date.
3. When the student comes up for graduation,
their payment record will be accessed to make sure
their Administrative Fee is paid current to the date
of their graduation. If it is not, they will not
be allowed to graduate until the issue is resolved.
4. Be advised, the responsibility for continued
compliance rests solely with the student.
Monitoring Only students: Only
students pursuing a college degree are subject to the
Administrative Fee. Those who are Monitoring Only, not for
credit toward a degree, are not subject to this fee.
We do not keep any records for Monitoring Only
students; therefore, there is no administrative work
and that makes them exempt from the Administrative
Fee. However, if the student wishes to remit the
fee to help with the administrative work for those
students who cannot afford it, we ask that the student
would consider doing so. They can help the
less fortunate through this very small sacrifice.
Students
who applied before July 1, 2017:
All students who applied before July 1, 2017 are not
affected by this new change and will be held under the
previous Administrative Fee policy. For students
under that previous policy, the
Administrative Fee is automatically waived for
students who live in third-world countries.

an exempt country.) Any student who registered
prior to July 1, 2017 who is not living in a
third-world country, if they are trying to earn a
degree, is required to either pay the
Administrative Fee or obtain a Waiver. Link

NEW STUDENTS: Because
a large percentage of new students seeking to earn a
degree have not been submitting their Administrative
Fee nor have they submitted an Administrative Fee
Waiver form; for students registering after December
17, 2018 it is now required that an Administrative
Fee Waiver form must be submitted before
students begin their studies. Failure to do so
will cause all course work to be disallowed up to the
time that the students submits the Waiver form.
Upon submission of the Waiver form, student must then
begin all course work over again if they want to
receive credit for it.

Payment
by check or money order:
(Make checks
payable to Salt Lake Bible College.)
1. If you pay by check or money order in your
own name, the account will be set up in the name on that
check or money order.
2. If the check or money order is sent by someone
else for you, please have them indicate that the payment
is for you and have them include your full name on it
and the month for which the payment is made.
Alternatively, have them send a note with the check or
money order indicating that it is for you and have them
include (1) your full name, and (2) the month for which
the fee is to be applied.
Payment through PayPal:
If you submit a payment
through PayPal via the links below, your account will go
into effect automatically in the name on the paypal
notice that is sent to us. You will also receive a
receipt from PayPal indicating the amount of the payment
and the month for which it is paid. A yearly
option is also available which will save you 1 month's
payment (you will be charged for 11 months and receive
12 months).
NOTICE
to all students of SLBCV, our video college:
All
students from all countries who study with our Video
College, SLBCV, are required to pay an Administrative/Production fee
of $50 USD per month if they are studying to
earn a college degree. A waiver will be granted if
financial hardship can be established.
Monitoring Only: If
you are Monitoring the courses, that is, taking them NOT
FOR CREDIT toward a degree, then you do not have to
remit the Administrative/Production Fee. We do not
keep any records for students Monitoring Only.
Therefore, there is no Administrative work and the fee
is not required.
REFUND
NOTE: All Fees are
non-refundable for both colleges- SLBC and SLBCV.
Keeping track of Fee submissions: It is the student's responsibility to keep track of submission of their Administrative Fees. You will receive an automatic receipt from PayPal for each payment made through them. Those receipts are dated and contain the amount paid and the month for which the fee is paid; therefore, if you keep them in a file you will always know what payments you have made. If you set up automatic payments with your bank, you won't have to be concerned about remembering when you made a payment. Your bank statements will show the date each payment was automatically sent out.

2. Or you may manually submit your Administrative

SLBCV
ADMINISTRATIVE/PRODUCTION FEE
This is the
fee for the Video College.
It is required for all students from all countries.

VOLUNTARY
GIVING
Some students
and non-students have
expressed an interest in giving to help keep SLBC and
SLBCV functioning as tuition free colleges. The
link below can be used to specify any amount as a
donation.

BACK ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Should you become delinquent on your Administrative
Fees you can use the following link to submit those
fees. Click the drop-down menu and select the number
of months you want to remit. You may catch up back
fees a few at a time, that is quite acceptable, however
all fees must be
current before SLBC can issue any Degrees or Transcripts.
(ATTENTION: Check your
cart carefully to make sure that you only have
Administrative Fees listed. If there are other
articles or fees listed from some of your previous uses of
the shopping cart, be sure to click "Remove" to
remove all of those articles from your cart before
submitting your fees.)
To submit payments for multiple months, you can do so by indicating any "Number of Months and amount" and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can then click "Continue shopping" in the upper right-hand corner of the Cart page and you will return here to add more months to your cart before completing your payment.
ATTENTION: You will need your PayPal Transaction/Confirmation number (from when you submitted your payment through PayPal) for the next form below (which you are required to submit) so we will know which fee payment is to be credited to you.
After you
submit the delinquent Fee(s), please return to this page and submit
the DELINQUENT
ADMIN FEE NOTIFICATION form so we will know that you
have submitted the fees and we can credit them to your
account.
