To prevent possible loss of test results, we now requre the students to make a copy of
each Results page before submitting the test. You will keep that copy on file in
case there is a problem with the submission of the test. If you receive a
copy of the test by email after submission, then you need to do nothing
more. If you do not receive a copy of the test by email, then
please contact us to see if we received ours. If we did,
then we will email a copy to you for your files. If we
did not receive our copy, then we will request
that you send us a copy of the Results page
to place in your academic file here at
the college as acceptable verification
that you completed the test and
the score that you received
on it. Also, if one of your
tests is lost due to a filing
error, then you will have
the Results page as
verification that
you took the
test and your
score on it.

It is now required that students use proper letter-case in all submissions to the
college. Use of all upper-case or all lower-case letters is not allowed. The only
exception is in the rare case when it may be required. Failure to use proper
letter-case will result in the form or test being disallowed. All disallowed
forms or tests must be resubmitted by the student and the new sub-
mission must be marked as "Amended". This requirement includes
proper use of letter-case when submitting personal names on all
forms, tests, and all other correspondence sent to SLBC.
