Type of degree, (Christian Ministries, Theology, Divinity, etc.):
The type of degree you are pursuing is up to you.  All students take the basic courses.  The difference between the degrees is in some of the latter courses which will be required for certain degrees plus the thesis that you will write to earn your Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degrees.

How to find your Current credit level and GPA at any time:
1. You can find your current level by adding all of the credits from your Course Record forms which you were required to keep for all courses that you study.  Add all of the credits earned listed on those forms to compute your overall credit level.
2. To find your overall score/grade for each individual course, compute a simple average of all tests taken in that course, including your Final Test for that course.
3. To find your aggregate score average, compute a simple average of the overall scores/grades from your Course Record forms for all of the courses taken thus far.

WHEN STUDENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR a CERTIFICATE or a DEGREE:
When you are have reached one of the Certificate or Degree levels, please contact me for an assessment of your eligibility and we will issue the appropriate Certificate or Degree.

NEW MOODLE SITE IS IN PROGRESS of CONSTRUCTION:
We are currently rearranging the online record-keeping system so that students can access their records online at any time.  This will take many months to effect the change-over because it will entail hundreds of hours to facilitate it.  When the change-over is completed a general email will be sent out informing students of the completion of the change-over and instructions concerning how to register for their User Name and ID so they can access their records in the new record-keeping system.

Currently, all new students from September 19, 2013 forward are on the new moodle system except for a few which asked for and were granted a Special Course of Study.
